What Does the following Test Result Mean?

My previous report said- uterus appears small in size normal in outline Both fallopian tubes are thickened in fimbrial end No spillage of contrast seen in pelvis Findings- small size uterus Bilaterally blocked fallopian tubes Present Report says- Contrast was pushed pervaginally through canula and spot films were taken. Uterus is small in size, uterine cavity is normally opacities by contrast. No filling defect seen. Both fallopian tubes are partially opacities. No spillage of contrast seen in pelvis. Findings- Bilaterally blocked fallopian tubes. Is there any difference in the two reports? Anything positive? Can I expect it to go better?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your report you have blocked tubes.Treatment depends upon causes of blockage and whether that can be eradicated or not ,if that fails IVF is the last option.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks,
I find this answer helpful
